Our kitchen team create seasonally focused menus, using produce at its peak, and designed with all tastes in mind. We source Australia’s best quality ingredients through our tight knit networks of growers and producers. Our food menus are complimented by our innovative cocktails and an extensive wine list, featuring a selection of the finest drops from Australia and around the world.

Stephen Nairn

Stephen Nairn creates food with community as his focus, plating up produce-driven dishes with stories to be heard and tasted. Connected closely to the Australian landscape, Stephen has developed and maintained strong relationships with suppliers allowing him to source the best products and use them at their peak.

His driving force is his passion for every aspect of hospitality, where a memorable experience is defined by the details. Stephen’s award winning career has found him at Vue de Monde and New York’s 3-Michelin Star institution, Eleven Madison Park.
