At Omnia we like to champion Australia’s best growers and producers and we strive to tell their stories alongside our own.
Our strong relationships and dedication to working with quality suppliers, allows us to showcase the season’s first harvest before anyone else and take advantage of Victoria’s rich natural larder.

Some of our key suppliers include Gordon Jones, from Jones Potatoes in Warragul (West Gippsland), who supplies us with the perfect potatoes for every dish. Mark Foletta, the farmer and face behind the cherries we seasonally use with our duck, who delivers the produce personally to us.
Blackmore Wagyu, a family business who pioneered producing 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef in Australia, and Jonella farm whose asparagus are freshly in season.
