Continually inspired by nature, our ever-evolving menu features ingredients that have been locally reared, grown, caught or sustainably farmed. Our stocks and sauces are made from scratch. We dry age in house. The bread is made twice a day. Our menus can be enjoyed as a quick bite to eat with a gorgeous glass of Shiraz, or indulge in a full meal experience.

At Omnia, we take great pride in our cheese trolley, which stands as a centerpiece of culinary delight and exploration, handcrafted by Orio Randi.
Together with fromagier Anthony Femia from Maker & Monger we’ve carefully curated selection of artisanal and internationally sourced cheeses showcasing the incredible range and depth of flavours that cheese has to offer.
Our knowledgeable team are here to help you make your selection, which can be enjoyed at the bar as a snack or instead of dessert!
