Indulge in a curated five-course menu that showcases the richness and versatility of this season’s black truffles, thoughtfully woven through each dish by our kitchen team. To complement this decadent experience, Bannockburn has handpicked a selection of their finest wines, chosen to elevate the flavours of each course and highlight the best of the vineyard’s craftsmanship.
The evening will be hosted by Matt Holmes, Bannockburn’s Head Winemaker, who will guide you through each pairing and share insights into their winemaking philosophy and process.
