Perfect for those wanting to be wined and dined before exploring the festivities of the evening, or simply happy to have an early night.

8:30 PM
Revel in the magic of New Year’s Eve with our main sitting & finish the evening with a toast at midnight.

We will be serving all of the favourites on our a la carte menu, along with some surprise special dishes curated by Executive Chef Stephen Nairn.
