Sydney’s nose-to-tail maestro Nik Hill is bringing the bold, unapologetic flavours of Porcine—his cult Paddington bistro—to Melbourne for one night only. He’ll be teaming up with Stephen Nairn, Omnia’s Culinary Director, for a feast that’s rustic, rich, and utterly irresistible, as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2026 Global Dining Series.
Fresh from his Golden Knife win at Bocuse d’Or Australia 2025 and recently crowned Gourmet Traveller Chef of the Year, we’re thrilled to welcome Nik into the kitchen at Omnia. Together with Stephen, they’ll transform classic bistro fare into an unforgettable night of gutsy, indulgent eating, where creativity meets some serious kitchen finesse. Expect a convivial lineup of cracking French wines, served by the glass and carafe to accompany the menu.
One night only. Final tickets on sale now.
