Taste Champagne 2026 and 67 Pall Mall Australia invite guests to a rare, intimate evening of prestige Champagne, hosted within one of our dedicated event spaces above Omnia in The Grand Room at Capitol Grand.

Led by Tyson Stelzer, guests will explore eight of Champagne’s most distinguished prestige cuvées, from iconic houses to rare and collectable releases, including the legendary Salon. Each wine reveals a different expression of craftsmanship, terroir, and time.

The evening also offers a first look into the world of 67 Pall Mall ahead of its Melbourne opening, bringing to life the experience of its global Members’ Clubs in a setting designed for discovery, conversation, and exceptional wine.

Guests are then invited to continue the evening downstairs at Omnia Bistro for dinner.
