Join us for the return of the beloved Piccolina Gelato Project, where we celebrate the flavours of our childhood! This season features a delightful collaboration with 8 chefs over 8 weeks - including our Culinary Director, Stephen Nairn of Omnia & Yūgen, who has crafted three unique gelato flavours inspired by some of his favourite treats.
Stephen’s menu:
Strawberry Clouds: A dreamy blend of strawberry cream gelato, fresh basil, strawberry sherbet, and dehydrated strawberry.
Rhubarb & Custard: Indulge in vanilla custard gelato with tangy rhubarb gel and sweet rhubarb gummies.
Bananas: Banana gelato with luscious caramel ganache and banana cocoa nibs.
