Love oysters? Join a hands-on 30-minute guided workshop hosted by our sister venue, Portside at Prahran Market, designed for oyster lovers and curious beginners alike.

Explore Australia’s oyster regions, estuaries, farming methods, and what shapes flavour, before learning the fundamentals of shucking with confidence. Enjoy a dozen oysters, a glass of wine, and take home your very own oyster knife.

Sessions are available at 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, and 3:15pm, with a maximum of 6 guests per session.
