Savour Italy: a Gourmet Escape

  • Bromley Gallery 625 Chapel Street South Yarra, VIC, 3141 Australia (map)

For one night only, we present a gastronomic experience that reimagines classic Italian cuisine through Omnia’s innovative and contemporary approach. Hosted in the exclusive Bromley Gallery, this event promises to be a feast for the senses.

Savour a bespoke five-course menu that celebrates the rich culinary diversity of Italy, from the sun-kissed shores of Puglia to the rolling hills of Toscana. Indulge in dishes like spiced barbecued octopus, ossobuco ravioli, stuffed quail crépinette, and a decadent Italian trifle with mascarpone and figs to round off your meal. Each course will be expertly paired with premium wines.

Guided by Omnia’s Executive Sous Chef, Francesco Castellana, and Beverage Director, Manuele Pignotti, you’ll explore the story behind each dish, as they share their passion for Italian food and wine.

Tickets for this intimate affair are extremely limited–don’t miss out.
