Indulge in dishes like spiced barbecued octopus, ossobuco ravioli, stuffed quail crépinette, and a decadent Italian trifle with mascarpone and figs to round off your meal. Guided by Omnia’s Executive Sous Chef, Francesco Castellana, and Beverage Director, Manuele Pignotti, you’ll explore the story behind each dish, as they share their passion for Italian food and wine.
